Sindbad project suggested by IGC to be implemented in Sindbad Island in Basrah, which is about 545 km south of Baghdad, the project, when implemented, will be the most important project of the city of Basra, because of its economic dimensions and tourist returns to benefit the big city. The project consists of commercial centers and mixed-use buildings (offices, apartments, shops). In addition to the places of entertainment, service and hotels, that such a project puts the city of Basra as one of the cities to cope with urban development and the first to excellence in the region.

Baghdad Investment Resort (BIR)

BIR project, when realized, shall substantially contribute to the welfare of the citizens in Baghdad, as being:
• Outstanding example of a decent and affordable housing complex;
• Optimum in neighborhood size;
• Environmentally friendly in solutions offered in the master plan for open public green areas;
• Self-sufficient in amenities provided whether these proportioned to serve the good persons residing in this gated compound;
• Extending in the provision of commercial and healthcare facilities to serve a larger catchment area beyond the needs generated by Al- Dora district;
• As the project master plan developed, contents of Zones 2 & 3 started merging in location and shape; and
• Site geometry and footprint of existing palaces, to be renovated, were among the constants that the merge had to consider.
Moreover, a link with zone 1 via pedestrian bridge on the level was also introduced to enable residents of the gated compound entertain direct accessibility to the part adjacent to zone 1.
The three main facilities merged in Zone 2 & 3:
• Aqua Park which is 10,000 m² in area neighboring the existing palace and forming an organic setting with the:
o Fun City which is 16,000 m² in area occupying the central part of this zone, where facility on the south accommodate; and
o Commercial Zone which is 40,000 m² of retail and car parking that is 1,350 lots as well as catering facilities on the north.

The project has been implemented on a land with 180,000 m² in the city of Aِl-Najaf Al-Ashraf, which is about 160 km south of Baghdad, the project is considered as one of major recreational projects within the work of our group through the rehabilitation of the old city as well as the establishment of an artificial lake and interest in entertainment family and society alike, which adds a new spirit to the city of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf and getting enriched by the tourism movement in general and thus is an investment enriches the economic movement in Iraq.
The project consists of a variety of games and recreational buildings and green spaces, which include:
• A group of diverse restaurants and buildings of services;
• A variety of recreational games and new;

The project is considered as one of major recreational projects within our company by enriches installation of urban city of Samawah, given its position in the center of the city and its interest in entertainment family and society alike, which adds a new spirit of the city of Samawah and adds value to the tourist movement in general.
The project consists of variety of games, recreational facilities and green spaces, which include:
• A group of diverse restaurants and a motel with an approximate area 3,000 m² as well as services buildings;
• Swimming pools complex with a total area of 600 m² and includes water games and services;
• Hypermarket to serve the city in general with a total area of 1,700 m²;
